Our Story
We took our more than 20 years of experience in the Automation field, and launched our company in 2014.
Our experience showed us that many past projects were over budget, and the customer was not satisfied with the results. Though no fault of the highly experience personnel we worked with, or the customer’s lack of experience, we found that Automation projects should be done by a more iterative process, as it called today Agile. Most projects, there is customer involvement at the beginning of the project, to convey the scope and needs, add some status meetings along the way, and then the final testing (FAT), and the results did not meet the expectations. So rework, frustration, change orders, cost increases, grumbling, and done. (Everyone has been there, done that before).
Based on these observations, that is when we decided to launch our company. With energized highly skilled engineers, programmers and broke down our project into smaller parts, that built upon one another. Our customers come in earlier in the process, and provide valuable feedback, and buyin. What we witnessed were projects that came in under budget, higher customer satisfaction, and a collaborative experience.
